In the Guise of Our Lady of Sorrows Mary, Cries over the passion of her son. Mary’s sorrows as Mother of Christ is an example of strength and perseverance through suffering. A French title “Fons Amoris” meaning “Font of Love.” From her font springs Golden tears and From Mary’s heart, there springs up a gratuitous love which calls forth a response of filial love, called to ever greater refinement.
